We will customize our airport transfer services to meet your group’s special needs. For example, your group may arrive individually or in small groups on various flights. When the meeting, convention or group event is over, many or all may need to depart the hotel at about the same time.
Depending on the size of the group, we will have chartered vans, mini-buses or motor coaches
waiting to take your group to your destination.
Prepaid vouchers and group Fares (discount coupons) are available for large groups
(generally, 150 or more) that make arrangements with us in advance.
When transporting from the Airport to any destination, the vehicle will depart as soon as all passengers are boarded.
The trip will be non-stop unless intermediate stops are arranged in advance.
Convention Shuttles -
This is our specialty. Setting up convention shuttles can be complicated and frustrating.
The task requires a considerable amount of local knowledge and can be a lot of worry and time consuming hard work!

They can also help ensure that every detail is covered. We will stage coordinators at the
Convention Center, your other meeting site, major hotels, etc. Coordinators carry hand-held two-way radios that can communicate
with our base dispatcher, group sales department and directly to the convention shuttle vehicles assigned to your group.
Airport Meet and Greet Service -
Our professional uniformed greeter will meet your clients at the baggage claim area and direct them out to their transportation.
Group Transfers -
When transporting groups all at once, count on our mini-buses and luxury motor coaches to do the job.
